Over the past half century, E3 has incrementally developed a broad array of children’s and adult services to address community needs. The base of our services was initially directed to the needs of people with developmental challenges or children with learning disabilities, particularly in the areas of providing accommodations and day program activities. As time progressed, the agency began to offer more children’s programs not only to children with learning challenges, but to the broader community needing specialized day care and Early Years support. Today the agency is multi-dimensional and continues to offer many programs designed to educate, enable and empower people of all ages to live better lives within their communities. E3 services are primarily funded, directly or indirectly, by the Government of Ontario.
