E3 Community Services Inc. is a multi-service agency offering a broad array of supports for children, and adults with developmental disabilities. The agency also provides programs to the broader community such as Day Care and EarlyON, as well as services such as ReUse Centre and Oasis by the Bay Vacation Suites.
What does the job entail?
We are looking for passionate Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities to find a satisfying and purposeful place in their community. In this role, you will provide supervision and support, as needed, in order to foster community inclusion, assist with activities of daily living, promote the implementation of person-centred (directed) plans, and assist with aspects of personal care. Education and experience in Developmental Services or a related field would be an asset. A Human Service Diploma (DSW, SSW) or equivalent is a preferred qualification, as are First Aid/CPR and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certifications, a valid Ontario Driver’s License and reliable transportation. French language proficiency (speaking and reading) would be an asset.

We have Full Time shifts to suit everyone – days, evenings, nights and weekends. These shifts will allow you to work with different people in various E3 locations in the Collingwood/Stayner/Wasaga Beach area.
