The persons filling these positions will assist in the transition supports for those individuals moving to our new group home on Constance Blvd. Support staff will need to develop day time activities, interest inventories and build on community connections to help integrate these young people into their community. The successful candidates will work full time, 37 hours per week, on a rotating basis including days, evenings and weekends. The support staff will work with the individuals to achieve the highest quality of life possible, ensuring they are using a person centred approach. Hours of work and location are subject to change based on residential needs, emergency situations and staffing needs.
