The agency also provides programs to the broader community such as Day Care and EarlyON, as well as services such as ReUse Centre and Oasis by the Bay Vacation Suites.

E3 is hosting a Recruitment Day on Monday, June 17 from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

We are looking for passionate Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities to find a satisfying and purposeful place in their community. In this role, you will provide supervision and support, as needed, in order to foster community inclusion, assist with activities of daily living, promote the implementation of person-centred (directed) plans, and assist with aspects of personal care.

Full time and part time positions in our Residential Program available NOW!

Our schedules include a rotation of days, evenings, nights and working alternating weekends. Overnight positions consist of 8 to 10 hour shifts.

Work location and shift rotation is subject to change based on program and individual needs. Shifts will include statutory holidays as needed.

Are you who we are looking for?

Ideal candidates have a keen interest in working with developmentally disabled individuals combined with education and experience in Developmental Services or a related field.   A Human Service Diploma (DSW, SSW) or equivalent is a preferred qualification, as are First Aid/CPR and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certifications, a valid Ontario Driver’s License and reliable transportation.  French language proficiency (speaking and reading) would be an asset.
