This position will work a variety of shifts on a 4 week rotation starting approximately November 5, 2016 and is expected to end in August 2017. The successful applicant will receive a two week notice of when the position will be ending. The hours of work will average 32.25 per week and are as follows:
Week 1 – Sat/Sun 13:00 – 23:00 Mon 16:00-23:00
Week 2 – Sat/Sun, Mon and Fri 10:00 – 20:00
Week 3 – Sat 10:00 – 20:00 Mon/Tues 15:00 – 23:00
Week 4 – Mon/Tues 10:00 – 20:00 Thurs/Fri 15:00 – 23:00
Shifts/hours worked are subject to change according to the needs of the individuals residing in the home.
Educational Requirements:
- DSW or equivalent
- First Aid/CPR certificate
- NVCI certificate
- Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Assets/Special Factors of the Position:
Successful applicant will be responsible for the support of 5 individuals living in a group setting. Duties will include maintenance of the home, menu planning, documentation of daily living, person directed planning and other duties as assigned.
