This position will assist with the transition supports for those individuals moving to Constance Blvd. This staff will need to develop day time activities, interest inventories, build on community connections and help to integrate individuals into a life in Collingwood keeping a person centred approach in mind. The successful candidate will need to be available to work every other weekend as well as a few shifts throughout the week. The position will work 23 hours per week and two week’s notice will be given before the end of the contract. Location and hours of work may vary depending on client needs.
- DSW or equivalent
- First Aid/CPR certificate
- NVCI certificate
- Proficiency in the French language would be an asset
