E3 Community Services Inc. is a multi-service agency offering a broad array of supports for children, and adults with developmental disabilities. The agency also provides programs to the broader community such as Day Care and EarlyON, as well as services such as ReUse Centre and Oasis by the Bay Vacation Suites.
Are you who we are looking for?
The Hospitality and Guest Services Summer Student will provide excellent customer service and information about the vacation suites and community to guests and prospective guests. He or she will handle complaints and emergencies when necessary and lend and retrieve equipment for use by guests. He or she will ensure that the grounds are appealing and monitor and walk through the grounds during their shift. He or she will be responsible for entering guest information into the vacation suites software and for taking reservations through the on line booking system and phone. He or she will handle payment and complete end of day finances.
There is a requirement to work varied hours and days during the week including weekends, evenings and days. Shifts will include statutory holidays as needed.
- between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment;
- a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act*; and
- legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial / territorial legislation and regulations.
Positions are available for 16 weeks, working 35 hours per week beginning in May 2021.
