Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance at E3 Community Services is multi-faceted. Adult and children’s programs are subject to different legislative requirements and service dynamics. E3 has targeted two main sources of information and activity to monitor and improve service quality, namely: individual outcomes; and agency systems and processes. No service quality analysis would be complete without a look at individual outcomes where possible; however, it is also important to assess the overall quality of agency support systems which have a more indirect relationship to affecting life quality for persons served.

Adult Quality Assurance initiatives (five streams) are monitored by a Rights Committee made up of Board members, managers and caregivers. This committee makes recommendations to the CEO and reviews input or feedback from all five streams of activity.
