We are looking for a Casual Receptionist/Cleaner for Oasis by the Bay Vacation Suites. The successful candidate will greet and check-in guests, take payment, answer phone inquiries, enter information into the reservation system. As well he or she will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing public areas of the property as well as the office and laundry room and will do the laundry as needed. Daily maintenance such as tidying the yard, taking out the garbage, watering plants, changing light bulbs. The receptionist will provide excellent service while adhering to policies. Assists housekeeper as needed. Must follow COVID-19 protocols during the period of pandemic.

The agency also provides programs to the broader community such as Tots ‘n’ Tykes Day Care and EarlyON, as well as services such as ReUse Centre and Oasis by the Bay Vacation Suites.
What experience/education do you need?
- Completed grade 12 or higher
- French proficiency would be an asset
Assets/Special Factors of the Position:
- This is a casual position and the hours will fluctuate as the number of guests at the motel changes
- Hours may include evenings and/or weekends
- Familiarity with Oasis by the Bay or the hospitality industry would be an asset

We have Full Time and Part Time shifts available. Part time positions must be prepared to commit to 24 hours per week.
