We’re So Grateful For Second Harvest Food Rescue!

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoon, we deliver fresh food from Sobeys Collingwood to the people we support and their families thanks to the generosity of Second Harvest Food Rescue! They are Canada’s largest food rescue charity, and they recover fresh, unsold food to protect the environment and provide immediate hunger relief.

We’re so grateful that every week, Second Harvest and Sobeys Collingwood donate over 500 lbs of food to us! Our team of staff and a few of the people we support volunteer to help prepare the food each week to create delicious meals for 14 group homes, 29 individuals, and 14 families in the South Georgian Bay area.
