Compliance Inspection Overview

The compliance inspection, which took place from August 8 to August 18, 2023, was carried out by the Ministry’s Quality Assurance and Compliance Unit. The inspection focused on evaluating E3 Community Services’ adherence to the standards outlined in the Services and Supports to Promote the Social Inclusion of Persons with Developmental Disabilities Act, 2008 (SIPDDA) and Ontario Regulation 299/10 – Quality Assurance Measures (QAM). These standards are designed to ensure that service agencies provide care in a safe and secure environment while maintaining the dignity and rights of the individuals they support.
